Two Types of Membership:

1) Full Membership - Full Voting rights. Responsible for attending and participating in Monthly BCP Activities. 3-6 month pledge-ship period. $30 Yearly dues.

2) Associate Membership - Supporter Status. No Voting Rights. Voice in all BCP Meetings. No attendance obligations. $20 Yearly dues.

The BCP is a group that exists to give space to those in the kink community that identify as a Pup, Handler, or Supporter of such.
